Caitlin Kurilko, M.S. OTR/L earned a Bachelor of Science at Kent State University and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Gannon University.  She has been involved with special education volunteer opportunities, fundraisers, and Summer camps for over 10 years, which is where she discovered her interest in pursuing occupational therapy.

In 2013, she began her career in skilled nursing at Heartland of Mentor where she completed evaluations, developed and carried out treatment plans, consulted with a multidisciplinary team, and supervised assistants for both long-term and rehab patients.  During this time she also joined The Center for LifeSkills, part-time, to gain pediatric experience in a small, family-centered environment.

In 2014, after confirming her passion for work in pediatrics, she began at United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland where she works in both their outpatient clinic and within various school systems throughout the greater Cleveland area serving children ranging in age from preschool through high school including those in pre-vocational programs with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, ADHD, PDD, and Retts Syndrome.  She has also spent some time working in the early intervention classrooms at the Cleveland Sight Center.
